Sounds like Snow White's elves.
I'm intruigued by Stealthy. Does that one eavesdrop on conversations?
Stealthy doesn't ding when it arrives on floors, nor does it ding at each floor when you're inside.
Shady always seems to have at least one of the four light bulbs burnt out.
When I was 12 or so, I was hospitalized for an appendectomy at a large military hospital - 15 floors. I was on 10, I think.
They had an elevator called Untrustworthy. One of the orderlies told me "Don't just step in when the doors open. Be sure the elevator is really there." You don't want to know the background on that story.
Is grumbly where the excruciating elevator small talk goes on?
Grumbly is the one that makes a constant groaning noise, and when the door opens or closes, the groaning gets louder.
I always seem to wind up in Shady whenever I'm in that building. Not sure why.
